phcash21 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Players

1Introduction and Scope

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between phcash21 ("we", "us", "the platform") and any individual ("you", "the player") who registers an account and uses the phcash21 platform at phcash21.app.

These Terms apply to all activity on the platform — including sports betting, casino games, eBingo, online poker, deposits, withdrawals, and participation in any promotions or VIP program features. By completing the registration process, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during registration. Providing false information — including a date of birth below the age of 21 — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3Account Security and Responsibility

Your phcash21 account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Do not share your username, password, or OTP with any other person.
• Do not allow any other person to use your account, even with your permission.
• Notify phcash21 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

phcash21 implements OTP verification, SSL encryption, and KYC identity matching to protect accounts. These security measures do not reduce your personal responsibility to keep your credentials private. phcash21 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your login information.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on phcash21 are conducted in ₱ Philippine Peso. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are accepted via GCash, Maya, Philippine bank transfer, and mobile banking. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted.
• All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible, or to a verified Philippine account in your registered name.

5Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Program

From time to time, phcash21 offers bonuses, promotional rewards, and VIP tier benefits to registered players. The following general terms apply to all such offers:

• Each bonus or promotional offer has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods — which are communicated at the time the offer is made or within your account dashboard.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• phcash21 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Changes are communicated through the platform and/or via registered account notifications.
• Misuse of bonuses — including the use of multiple accounts, exploiting bonus structures, or coordinating play to abuse promotional terms — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

6Betting and Game Rules

All bets placed on phcash21 are subject to the rules of the specific game or event involved. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity:

• Bets are only confirmed once accepted by the phcash21 system. A bet that has not received system confirmation is not valid.
• In the event of a technical error affecting odds, game outcomes, or bet acceptance, phcash21 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• For sports betting, if an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, phcash21 applies standard void rules — stakes are returned unless otherwise specified in the event's specific bet terms.
• Live betting markets are subject to suspension or closure at any time. Bets placed and confirmed before a suspension are honoured; bets placed after suspension are void.
• Outcomes of casino games — slots, live dealer, and RNG-based games — are final once the game round is complete. Disputes based on player error (incorrect bet amount, wrong game selection) are not accepted.
• Collusion, cheating, or any form of coordinated manipulation in poker or live casino games will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any related winnings.

7Account Suspension and Closure

phcash21 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account for the following reasons, among others:

• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC.
• Operating multiple accounts in violation of the one-account policy.
• Engaging in or suspected engagement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Abuse of bonus structures or promotional terms.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms.

If your account is suspended for investigation, phcash21 will retain any funds in the account pending the outcome of that investigation. If fraud or serious breach is confirmed, those funds may be forfeited. If no breach is found, your account and funds will be reinstated.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phcash21 support. Any remaining balance in a verified, fully compliant account at the time of closure will be refunded via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard processing times.

8Responsible Gaming

phcash21 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all players. The following responsible gaming principles are embedded into the platform:

• The minimum age for all phcash21 activity is 21 years. KYC verification is mandatory, in part to enforce this requirement.
• Deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools are available to all registered players through account settings, at any time.
• If you choose to self-exclude, your account will be restricted from gaming and betting activity for the duration you select. During a self-exclusion period, you will not receive promotional communications.

• Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Delay in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Loss of data resulting from your use of an unsecured device or network connection.
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the platform that contains typographical errors or data feed inaccuracies.

To the extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phcash21's liability to any player is limited to the value of funds held in that player's verified account at the relevant time.

10Changes to These Terms

phcash21 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes, registered players will be notified via their account or registered contact details.

Continued use of phcash21 after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
